History

The origin of Alphaville was in 1973, when Renato Albuquerque and Yojiro Takaoka noticed the demand for high-end residences in the City of Barueri and developed the concept of Alphaville Residencial, which has been a success in the region and in Brazil for over 50 years. The condominium turned the city into an economic hub, consolidating a sustainable urbanism concept that spread across the four corners of the country.

Currently, the Company is present in 23 states, in addition to the Federal District. It offers customers the Alphaville model – a high-end residential development with average lots of 400 m² – Terras Alpha – with average lots of 300 m² – and Jardim Alpha, with average lots of 200 m², always with the same quality standard, developed by Alphaville's own team. 

In addition, it developed the Cidades Alpha, which are characterized by concentrating all the attributes of an urban center in the same region. 

To top it off, the developments benefit from the actions of the Alphaville Foundation, which seeks the development of the communities surrounding the residential developments built by Alphaville.

  • 1973

    Launch of the first Alphaville in Barueri / SP

  • 1997

    Opening of the first project outside Barueri, in Campinas/SP

  • 1998

    Opening of Alphaville Lagoa dos Ingleses, in Belo Horizonte/MG

  • 2000

    Geographic expansion to Paraná, Goiás, Bahia and Amazonas;

  • 2006

    Entry of Gafisa into the shareholder structure.

  • 2009

    Launch of the first Terras Alphaville project, in Foz do Iguaçú/PR;

  • 2013

    Investment funds managed by Pátria and Blackstone acquire 70% of Alphaville.

  • 2015

    Alphaville Group reaches the milestone of 100 projects launched;

  • 2017

    Creation of Alpha Inova, focused on select and innovative startups;

  • 2020

    IPO on B3, Brazil.
